Hosted by the Youth Expert Working Committee of China Machinery Industry Safety and Health Association, and co-organized by Shenzhen WONSOR Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Intelligent Sensing Industry Association, the "3rd China Equipment Manufacturing Youth Safety Expert Forum" was grandly held at the Shenzhen Guangming Grand Mercure Hotel on October 27, 2023.
The forum was attended by over 100 participants, including Li Qin, President of China Machinery Industry Safety and Health Association; Geng Zhanxiu, Former Deputy Director and First-Class Inspector of the High-tech Division of the Ministry of Science and Technology; Yin Minghan, Former Deputy Director and First-Class Inspector of the Standardization Administration of China; Zhong Zuoli, Deputy Director of the Industry and Information Technology Bureau of Guangming District, Shenzhen; Li Xuejin, Vice President of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen); and renowned domestic/foreign enterprises, industry experts, and young scholars, who jointly discussed cutting-edge technologies, development trends, and industry applications.
At the opening, President Li Qin delivered a keynote speech, highlighting that this was the first on-site conference in two years, held in rapidly developing Shenzhen. WONSOR, as a fast-growing enterprise, received personal guidance from President Li, who urged the company to continue advancing domestic substitution and high-quality manufacturing development.
The forum's newly launched paper competition selected 5 first-prize and 9 second-prize works. WONSOR's Chief Safety Expert, Chen Zhuoxian, won second prize for Deep Learning-Based Glove Wearing Detection System Design, recognizing the team's R&D dedication to workplace safety solutions.
This award affirms WONSOR's commitment to R&D and quality control, inspiring the team to develop more innovative safety technologies for industrial applications.
Case studies demonstrated their reliability in complex scenarios, winning praise from attendees.
In response to the above problems, the SCPCE industrial safety solution proposed by Wance, under the pre - condition of complying with national regulations, starting from the actual situation of the factory, provides safety standard evaluation services for the production site. Through comprehensive consideration from multiple aspects, it formulates the most suitable safety solution for the factory, helps the factory solve the pain points, efficiently ensures the production efficiency, and takes into account both safety and cost investment, so as to achieve the balance between safety and efficient production.
Highlight 4: Thematic Technical Exchanges at the 3rd Youth Experts' Session
The technical exchange session stood out as the most brilliant part of the conference. Secretary Ju Like from Nanjing University of Science and Technology shared the research achievements of his team in the paper Research on the Construction of Mechanical Safety Risk Early-Warning System*. Zhang Peng from GAC Honda Co., Ltd. explored *Discussion and Application of Sustainable Safety Management Models in Automotive Manufacturing Enterprises. Wu Qu from Voyah Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. introduced *Risk and Control Strategies for High-Voltage Safety in New Energy Vehicle Manufacturing Processes. The technical sharing of these outstanding young safety experts brought new inspiration and thinking to the participants.
As a co-organizer of the conference, WONSOR's on-site product display attracted close attention from well-known domestic and foreign enterprises, industry experts, and young scholars. After the conference, participants actively discussed with WONSOR and consulted on specific cooperation matters.
The forum concluded successfully, and WONSOR looks forward to meeting everyone again.
