The DSR series of non-contact safety switches, which adopt the working principle of magnetic induction, are sensors with executing elements. Even if there is a certain installation offset, they can still stably output, and are widely used in equipment door monitoring.

The DSR series has a protection level as high as IP67, and the body has low wear. Through non-contact induction, it will not produce dust debris, and the surface is easy to clean, which can be used in application scenarios with high cleanliness requirements.

  • Do not use the safety switch as a mechanical stop block.
  • Ensure that the machine stops operating when the safety door is opened.
  • Avoid installing the switch on ferromagnetic surfaces (surfaces containing iron may affect the sensing distance, usually reducing it).
  • When installing two products adjacent to each other, the minimum distance between them should be 50mm; the minimum installation distance between the switch and the actuator should be 3mm.
